Lathrop & Sons utilizes United Parcel Service ground service on all orders – excluding shipments to Alaska – which dictates the use of United States Postal Service.

Lathrop & Sons will process orders within 2 business days on in-stock orders. Out-of-stock product may require special ordering and will be processed within 30 business days. Customers will receive notification if their order contains out-of-stock product(s).

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All products are returnable for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding applicable shipping charges, if returned within 15 days from date purchase. All returned products must be in their original package and in new condition.
After 15 days but less than 30 days a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges will be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For all exchanges between 30 to 60 days from the date of purchase a 10% fee will be charged. Exchanges will not be made after a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Lathrop & Sons will ultimately determine eligibility for all exchanges and returns.
